Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Glamorous Models Barcelona, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Services Description

Glamorous Models Barcelona provides luxury companionship services, including but not limited to social companionship, event attendance, travel companionship, and concierge services. All services are provided for entertainment and companionship purposes only. We are an agency that connects clients with independent companions.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. All companions represented by our agency are verified to be 18 years of age or older.

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, phone, or email). Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required in advance or at the time of booking confirmation
• We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit card, and cash
• All rates are quoted in Euros and are subject to change without notice
• Additional expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.) are billed separately
• Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund
• No-shows: No refund and may result in account suspension
• Membership holders may have different cancellation terms

Client Conduct

Clients agree to:

• Treat companions with respect and courtesy at all times
• Maintain appropriate behavior and adhere to agreed-upon arrangements
• Respect the companion's boundaries and consent
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the companion's identity
• Not engage in any illegal activities
• Not record, photograph, or film companions without explicit consent

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of services without refund and permanent ban from our services.

Companion Rights

All companions are independent contractors and have the right to refuse service at any time for any reason. Companions maintain full autonomy over their services and boundaries. Any disputes regarding companion conduct should be directed to our management team.

Confidentiality and Discretion

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and bookings. Clients are expected to maintain the same level of discretion regarding their interactions with our companions and our agency. Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Glamorous Models Barcelona acts solely as an introduction agency. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or services provided by independent companions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Glamorous Models Barcelona and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, and governed by Spanish law.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
